Brexit Talks: UK says its parliament will have a meaningful vote on final deal

British Prime Minister Theresa May again said she'll give parliament a meaningful vote on the final Brexit deal.
The opposition party wants lawmakers to have more options other than either accepting the deal - or leaving the European Union without one. The Labour party wants to have the possibility of returning to Brussels for new talks -- by amending the legislation that formally ends the EU membership on March 29, 2019.
