Correspondents from Voice of America (VOA) and Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL) have been banned from entering Russia’s lower House of Parliament by the Duma as part of the "foreign agents" media law, Interfax has reported citing Olga Savastyanova, head of the committee on Duma organization and regulation.
Russia categorized nine US media outlets as
foreign agents on Tuesday.
So far, only reporters from VOA and RFE/RL have been prohibited from entering Parliament.
