Female PLA honor guards wielding rifles wowed audiences at the International Military Tattoo, which was held from July 13 to 15 at the Hong Kong Coliseum to mark 20 years since the return of the region to China. Thirty female soldiers performed 115 movements and created eight different formations during the show. Some 10 other international military bands also participated in the gala, including the Band of the Royal Regiment of Scotland and the US Seventh Fleet Band.
