A self-driving Uber struck and killed a pedestrian in Arizona on Sunday. When the accident happened, the SUV was in autonomous mode, with an operator behind the wheel. Uber said on Monday it is cooperating with police to investigate the deadly accident. It also suspended all road-testing of such vehicles in Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Toronto. Authorities haven't reached any conclusions about who is at fault in the accident so far.
