Hurricane Irma has killed at least 20 people in the Caribbean. In Florida, officials said that 5.6 million people have been asked to evacuate ahead of Irma’s arrival. Evacuees are fleeing the storm in long lines of traffic around Florida, Carolina and Georgia.
