Chinese President's Visit to Argentina: China prepares TV series on Chinese classics quoted by Xi Jinping

Ahead of Xi Jinping's arrival in Buenos Aires, China produced a special series of programs to be broadcast in Argentina called "Xi Jinping's Classical Quotes". It includes the wise sayings from Chinese ancient classics that have been quoted by Xi Jinping. Zou Yun has the story.

"For the people", "honest governance" and "establishment of moral values", these traditional ideas valued by the Chinese are traveling far to South America, along with President Xi Jinping's trip to Argentina.

The South American country's public broadcaster will air a new program called "Xi Jinping's Classical Quotes". Produced by the China Media Group, it covers the wise sayings and famous stories quoted by Xi Jinping from ancient Chinese classics.

Many prominent figures from both countries in media have attended the launch ceremony in Argentina, as an important part of cultural exchanges.

The program covers six major topics of traditional Chinese values. Shen Haixiong said he hoped it can let the Spanish-speaking audience better understand the Chinese culture, and strengthen the cultural ties between China and Argentina.
