Clashes continue as gunmen storm market in south Afghanistan

A group of gunmen attacked a market in the center of Gereshk district in south Afghanistan's Helmand province on Friday morning, Tolo news reported citing a local official.

Clashes are still ongoing between security forces and the attackers, said Omar Zwak, spokesperson for Helmand governor.

Four gunmen are involved in the assault on the money exchange market, according to Zwak.
