China reiterates support for Europe's integration

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi reiterated China's support for the integration of Europe on Thursday.
He made the remarks at a press conference in Beijing on the sidelines of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress, answering questions on China's foreign policy and external relations.
This year marks the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the China-EU comprehensive strategic partnership. Wang called on the two sides to speed up the investment agreement negotiations.
China and the EU should enhance cooperation and promote economic globalization and free trade, he said.
