Inter-Korean Talks: South Korean minister departs for DMZ to discuss summit

A South Korean delegation led by Unification Minister Cho Myoung-gyon has departed from Seoul for high-level talks with DPRK counterparts.
They will meet at the DMZ truce village of Panmunjom. The officials are to discuss details for an inter-Korean summit in April. The two sides have been preparing for talks after Kim agreed to talk to US leaders early this month.
