A three-week-old polar bear cub at a Berlin zoo opened its eyes for the first time. The zoo said on Friday that the yet unnamed cub could also hold its head up. If the mother-child bond continues to develop as well as it has so far, zookeepers say they are planning to visit the bears' pen for the first time in January. The polar bear mother and cub are not currently on display to zoo visitors.
