A quick wedding ceremony was held at a steel gate on the 2,000-mile border between the United States and Mexico last Saturday. The Mexican bride Evelia Reyes wore a long white dress, while the American groom Brian Houston wore a light gray suit. The groom said, “Even though we are divided by a giant fence here, we can still love each other on both sides of the fence.” Eleven other families also lined up at the border gate to see their loved ones from the other side. They all had three minutes' time. It was the sixth time that the gate was opened since 2013. Previously the families were only allowed to talk through the steel fencing. (Video Courtesy: Tudou)
