The Democratic National Committee files a lawsuit alleging that Russia, WikiLeaks and top officials from Donald Trump's campaign conspired to damage the Clinton campaign in the 2016 presidential election. The chairman of the DNC says the move is to prevent further interference in the upcoming 2018 midterm elections.
Leaders of the Commonwealth states back Britain's Prince Charles to succeed Queen Elizabeth as the organization's next head. The Queen had already expressed wishes for her eldest child and heir apparent to hold the title. Prince Charles will take over once he inherits the throne.
