15 dead in Mexico shootout between police and rival drug gangs

At least 15 people were killed in a shootout that included two rival drug cartels and the police on Wednesday in Chihuahua, northern Mexico, according to AFP.
At least three arrests were made.
Local police rushed to the community of Las Varas where two warring drug trafficking gangs were exchanging fire at the wee hours of Wednesday morning, state security commissioner, Oscar Aparicio Avendano said.
Police seized 10 vehicles and more than 20 weapons, including grenade launchers.
