South Korean President Moon Jae-in on Wednesday said that securing the defense capabilities against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) is an urgent task and called for a "complete" overhaul of armed services to enhance its defense readiness, Yonhap News Agency reported.
"I believe we might need a complete defense reform at the level of a rebirth instead of making some improvements or modifications," Moon said while meeting with six new top commanders from three armed services.
