Many European citizens have left to join terrorist groups in Syria and Iraq since the Syrian conflict began in 2011. While this has raised fears of Islamist extremism at home, a city in Denmark earned global recognition for its soft-handed approach to deradicalization. However, a decade after its program was launched, concerns are growing again. CGTN's Guy Henderson reports.
