The 2017 Wingsuit World Championships were held at Tianmen Mountain near Zhangjiajie City, in south China’s Hunan Province. Jeb Corliss, a famous wingsuit flier, was traveling at nearly 200 kilometers per hour, as part of his second helicopter jump training, when he almost hit his cameraman. Jeb was less than one meter from his cameraman, James, who got caught in Jeb’s turbulence. Jeb said he was trying an S-turn in order to burn some altitude after he hit a target. However, his cameraman wasn’t prepared to follow and hit Jeb’s burble which caused the camera shake. Thankfully, Jeb quickly changed his flight path and both of men landed safely.
