M6.3 earthquake hits Luzon island in Philippines

A 6.3-magnitude earthquake hit the Philippine northern island of Luzon at 1:28 p.m. local time on Friday, according to China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC).
The epicenter, with a depth of 180 km, was monitored at 14.00 degrees north latitude and 120.71 degrees east longitude, the center said in a statement.
There were no immediate reports of deaths or injuries in the
earthquake, but it was felt in the capital Manila.
