China will improve its level of opening up and provide a better investment climate for foreign companies, according to Zhong Shan, Minister of Commerce. He was speaking on Sunday at a press conference on promoting new and comprehensive opening-up patterns and high-quality business development during the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing.
