Chinese envoy to the United Nations on Saturday urged political settlement to Syria issue. Ma Zhaoxu, China’s permanent representative to the UN, said at the UN Security Council that all parties concerned to the Syria issue should refrain from any move that may lead to the escalation of the situation, return to the framework of the international law and solve the issue through dialogue and consultation.
