Footage has emerged from China of a passenger operating broken windscreen wipers manually with a cloth from the backseat of a moving vehicle. In the video filmed in Baoding City in central Hebei Province on October 9, a man in the backseat operates the wipers by pulling on a cloth during heavy rain.
