A driver was arrested in northwestern China’s Lanzhou City on Jan. 5 after driving his vehicle with two people sat on the bonnet. The three were locked in a financial dispute. While the woman was holding tight onto the hood, the man was smashing the windshield and telling the driver to stop, but his calls went unanswered. Police eventually stopped the car. The case is currently under investigation.
