Coffee wasn't a popular drink in China even among business people back in the 1990s. However, that's been changing as Starbucks has helped foster a coffee lifestyle in China. Starbucks founder Howard Shultz tells CGTN that the success in that endeavor is due to China's rapid social development and the opening of its markets, which gave him confidence to enter the Chinese market.
