Libya's foreign minister is in Moscow where he's held talks with the secretary of Russia's Security Council. Mohamed Taher Siala and Nikolai Patrushev discussed the ongoing violence in Libya, a day after a suicide attack killed fifteen people at the headquarters of the election commission in Tripoli.
