We begin in Cuba. The country's President Raul Castro is now just hours away from retiring, with First Vice President Miguel Diaz-Canel set to replace him in a shift that will usher in the country's first non-Castro leader since the 1959 revolution. Our correspondent Michael Voss has more from Havana on the president-to-be.
