Ten key plans proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2015 for boosting cooperation between China and Africa have contributed to the development in poverty reduction, industrialization and infrastructure construction in African countries, said Qian Keming, Vice Minister of Commerce, at a press conference during the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing.
