At least 12 civilians were killed and 14 others injured after a suicide bomber blew himself up inside a popular café in Anbar Province, Iraq on Wednesday night, local media reported.
The attack took place when a suicide bomber detonated his explosive vest at the café in the city of Heet, some 160 km west of the Iraqi capital of Baghdad, Xinhua News Agency reported citing an anonymous source, adding that the toll could rise as ambulances, police and civilian vehicles evacuate the victims to the city's main hospital and medical centers.
No group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
