Today marks the 30th World AIDS Day. HIV and AIDS affect communities in every region of the world, making HIV/AIDS truly an issue of global significance. HIV/AIDS infection rates among China’s young people at the age of 15-24 are growing at an alarming rate. To raise awareness of safe sex and HIV/AIDS prevention among young people, more than 30 universities in Beijing and four provincial-level ones sell anonymous HIV testing kits through vending machines.
