S. Korean divers jumped into the freezing water to show the world under the 40-cm-thick ice as part of the Korea Ice Diving Festival that kicked off on Jan. 20 in Hongcheon county. They not only played golf but also watered plants underwater. According to weather reports, S. Korea faced the record cold wave of this year last week.
