Russian plane crash kills 32 people on board

Thirty-two people on board a transport plane were killed on Tuesday after it crashed at a Russian airbase in Syria, Russia’s RIA news agency reported.
A total of 26 passengers and six crew members were on board, it said.
Initial reports suggested the crash was caused by a technical fault.
