A dazzling, swinging yo-yo toy is always a treat for little kids. Surprisingly, it's also a magnetic draw for some animal onlookers. A bunch of tottering penguins in a Japanese aquarium have shown their attraction to the dancing yo-yos. But some dizzy ones just can't keep up with the beat.
