Chinese workers on Thursday rotated a 15,000-ton section of Nanyanghe Bridge 81 degrees counterclockwise to form a new overpass in north China's Hebei Province. Workers started the work at 9:40 a.m. Thursday, and the section was connected 110 minutes later.
