At least two Pakistanis were killed and 13 others injured by "Indian shelling" from across the Line of Control that targeted two different sectors of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) on Tuesday, according to Pakistani newspaper Dawn.
The media report said the number of casualties is likely to climb.
The Indian side is yet to respond to the news.
The report came days after seven people were killed in cross-border shelling in the disputed Kashmir region.
The two countries declared a ceasefire along the Line of Control in 2003, but both sides routinely accuse each other of violations.
