EU imposes additional sanctions on Russia over Siemens scandal

The European Union added three more Russian nationals and three companies to its Russia sanctions blacklist over the delivery of Siemens turbines to Crimea.
Russian Deputy Minister of Energy Andrei Cherezov and a head of the ministry's department, Evgeny Grabchak, are included.
