Exclusive footage shows an oil tanker burst into flames after colliding with a Hong Kong cargo ship off China's east coast on Saturday. Missing from the tanker are 32 passengers who were on board at the time of the accident, 30 Iranians and two Bangladeshis. A total of 21 Chinese crew members from the cargo ship were rescued. The Chinese government has sent vessels for the search and rescue operation. China has also dispatched vessels to clean up the oil spills to avoid a secondary disaster.
