CGTN sat down with the Secretary-General of the World Meteorological Organization, Petteri Taalas, in an exclusive interview about meteorological services. Taalas said that China has been very active in promoting the Paris Agreement and serious with its commitments. He also highlighted that China’s meteorological service is very modern and one of the most advanced in the world.
