Officials reported that at least nine people were killed and dozens more injured after the bomber managed to detonate his explosives.
Police said another attacker was shot and killed.
A search is underway for two suspected accomplices.

Pakistani President Mamnoon Hussain and Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi have condemned the attack.
In separate statements, they prayed for the deceased and extended sympathies to the victims' families.
Egypt has also condemned the attack.
"The Egyptian government and people stand in solidarity with the Pakistani government and people against terrorism," the Egyptian foreign ministry said in a statement, calling for collaborative international efforts to eradicate terrorism and extremism.
