Winter storms have been sweeping across China. The deaths of ten people were attributed to heavy snowfalls in central and eastern China over the past three days. Thirteen people were trapped after billboards and rain-proof sheds collapsed during a snowstorm on Thursday in Yicheng City, central China’s Hubei Province. Moreover, 49 trains were canceled, affecting more than 4,000 passengers in central China’s Henan Province. A record 30 cm of snow fell in east China’s Anhui Province.
