At least 23 people were killed and dozens more injured after a train derailed in Muzaffarnagar in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh, according to local authorities. The accident happened when a train was crossing the Khatauli station yard at a speed of 105 kph and 14 coaches went off the tracks. The national authorities has sent disaster teams to help.
