Intellectual Property Rights protection plays a significant role in technology transfer of new economic drivers, including smart manufacturing, bio-medicine and 5G, said Shen Changyu, Commissioner of State Intellectual Property Office at the 'Ministers' Corridor on the sidelines of the annual session of the 13th NPC.
