Chinese Ambassador to the United States Cui Tiankai on Friday called on the United States to refrain from making threats to the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK). Cui added that the latest UN resolution is a shared responsibility for all parties and it also calls for the reopening of dialogue and resolving the issue through consultations.
