The "smallest city in the world" - is hosting the biggest chocolate festival on the planet. Giant gorillas, elephants, and flamingos made of the best Belgian stuff have taken over Durbuy, southeast of Brussels. The ChocoPalace Festival features works by 40 international artists. There's also a chocolate fountain and river. Plus plenty of snacks - maybe to stop people from sampling the art. The ancient city claims it's the world's smallest, with only 10-thousand residents. The sweetness ends on April 8th.
