Russia-US Row over Ex-Spy Poisoning: Moscow expels diplomats, closes St. Petersburg Consulate

Russia announced it is kicking out dozens of foreign diplomats and closing the American Consulate in Saint Petersburg. It's in response to the coordinated moves by more than 25 countries who forced out 150 Russian diplomats. Georgia was the latest, expelling one on Saturday. Britain blames Moscow for poisoning a Russian former spy and his daughter - allegations the Kremlin denies. CGTN's Julia Chapman has more from Moscow.
