Torchbearer selection for 18th Asian Games begins in Beijing

The 18th Asian Games will be held in Jakarta, Indonesia from Aug.18 to Sept. 2, 2018, and the selection ceremony for the Olympic torchbearers was launched in Beijing on Tuesday.

The Chinese swimming team member Liu Xiang was invited to serve as a promotion ambassador for the Asian Games.

In order to get more participants, the 36I Degree sportswear brand designed the selection methods for the digital age. Participants will need to complete a series of challenges to get chosen as one of the 70 torchbearers.
