Do You Sleep Well? Report: 56% of Chinese netizens suffer from sleeping troubles

A recent report issued by China's Sleep Research Society shows more than 50 million people in China, that's nearly equivalent to the entire population of South Korea, have a sleeping disorder. Over half of Chinese internet users responding said, they sleep less than 8 hours a day. Many of them are suffering from problems concerning sleep quality. Too many dreams, constantly exhausted, and a muddled mind after waking up in the morning, are some of the most common symptoms and surprisingly, a prominent number of poor sleepers was found in the younger generation. More than 60 percent of those born in the 1990s, namely, who we call the Post-90s generation, are having sleeping troubles. Some even suffer from insomnia.The Survey also found Beijing has the most young early birds, while Shenzhen sees the most late-sleepers. Both busy and high-pressure metropolitan cities.
