The annual Bo'ao Forum for Asia opens Sunday in China's southern-most province of Hainan. Chinese President Xi Jinping will attend the opening ceremony on Tuesday and deliver the meeting's keynote speech. He'll be joined by other heads of state and government including from Austria, the Philippines, Mongolia, the Netherlands, Pakistan and Singapore. The forum will run under the theme "An Open and Innovative Asia for a World of Greater Prosperity".
