Drug addiction is a worldwide problem. As drugs become more available and policing becomes more challenging, it's increasingly clear that incarceration is not the answer. CGTN correspondent Han Bin explores a community of support in Shanghai for former inmates who struggle with addiction. He also goes to a rehabilitation center in Shandong.
