South Korean President Moon Jae-in is holding a meeting at the presidential Blue House in Seoul, with a high-profile DPRK delegation. The delegation includes the country's top legislator Kim Yong Nam, and Kim Yo Jong, the sister of DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.

The rare and historic meeting will be followed by a lunch hosted by Moon. The delegation arrived in South Korea on Friday for a three-day visit. Kim Yo Jong is the first member of the DPRK's ruling family, to visit the South since the Korean War. After months of fierce nuclear rhetoric and missile tests, the recent exchanges have cemented a rapid improvement in cross-border ties, after the DPRK agreed last month, to attend the Games.
