Regardless of pressure from the West and Ukraine, Russia and the vast majority of Crimean citizens consider Crimea as a part of the Russian Federation. On the fourth anniversary of the referendum, Russian President Vladimir Putin visited Crimea and had a rally in Sevastopol, and people came in huge numbers.
