US-DPRK Talks: US officials say CIA held secret talks with DPRK

US media say the United States and the DPRK have been holding talks to prepare for the summit between US President Donald Trump and the DPRK's supreme leader Kim Jong Un. US government officials say the CIA has been working through back-channels to prepare for the summit. That includes speaking several times with the DPRK to work out a location for the talks that are planned to take place in May.
