Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi is in Moscow to meet with his Russian counterpart, Sergey Lavrov while China's defense minister, Wei Fenghe, is also in the Russian capital for the two-day "Conference on International Security". The annual meeting has brought together delegates from 95 countries, including 30 defense minsters, to discuss terrorism and the war in Syria.
